Our point of view

AI value is decided long before anything is built: in which problem you fund, who owns it and how you will measure it.

Decide before you build

The value of AI is set by which problem you fund, who owns it and how you will measure it. We make those choices explicit.

Evidence over enthusiasm

We review your data, costs and policies, interview the right people, and make gaps and assumptions visible before money is committed.

You stay in control

You keep investment decisions, risk ownership and control of your technology partners. We advise; your teams and vendors build.

How we decide

Every idea ends in one of four decisions.

We place each candidate use of AI by its business value and its readiness, then recommend whether to fund, validate, defer or stop it.

Strategy and value

From fifteen ideas to three business cases

Most organisations do not lack AI ideas. They lack a fair way to choose between them. A simple, evidence-led funnel turns a long list into decisions leadership can fund.

Our approach

From a business question to an agreed next step.

  1. Stage 1

    Frame the decision

Name the sponsor, business problem, scope and deadline, and agree what a useful outcome looks like.

  2. Stage 2

    Work from evidence

Review your data, costs and policies, interview the right people, and make gaps and assumptions visible.

  3. Stage 3

    Make choices clear

Compare options, costs, risks and dependencies, and give leadership practical recommendations.

  4. Stage 4

    Hand over a usable plan

Editable materials, completion criteria and next actions with accountable owners.

Questions

What buyers ask before they start.

Full details are in our engagement terms.

Who builds the solution?

Your internal teams or technology partners. We assess and advise, you approve decisions, and your IT team or vendors build, test, deploy and operate.

What is not included in the fee?

Taxes, travel, translation, software, engineering, legal opinions, technical assurance and certification are separate.

Can you reuse an assessment we already have?

Yes. Existing usable assessments and use-case evidence can be reused, so you do not pay twice for the same work. The AI Roadmap and Operating Model is designed to build on validated prior work.

What if we need more scope?

Adding entities, functions, sessions or deliverables is agreed beforehand as a separate fixed scope and fee. Nothing is added to your invoice without that agreement.

How do we know the work is complete?

Every service lists completion criteria up front. At handover we check completeness, the agreed scope and evidence traceability, and record any missing evidence or assumptions.

How do revisions and timing work?

Work starts once inputs and stakeholders are available. One consolidated revision is included. Delays on the client side move the schedule.

How does the monthly advisor work?

$2,500 a month for 12 hours, including preparation and review, across up to two initiatives. The initial commitment is three months, $7,500.
