Deliver two two-hour workshops using agreed work examples.
Prepare one workflow SOP and the manager guide.
Run the skills check and capture participant feedback.
Define the 30-day measurement plan with baseline, measures and owners.
Hold one review and hand over materials: the client runs the follow-up measurement.
