Accessibility

A website everyone can use.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Last reviewed 4 November 2026.

Measures in place

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a skip link and a visible focus indicator.
  • Text and interface colours are chosen to meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast in both light and dark themes.
  • Animation is minimal and switches off when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Pages use headings, landmarks and labelled controls so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Charts have text equivalents: each timeline row is a link that states the service, duration and fee.
  • Form errors are described in words, linked to their fields and announced to assistive technology.
  • Layouts adapt from phone to desktop and to browser zoom up to 400 percent.
