About us
Advisers for the decisions AI creates.
AI Journey Advisory helps leadership teams choose, govern and measure AI. We work on a fixed fee against a written scope, and leave behind materials your teams can use.
Why we exist
Most AI decisions are made with too little evidence and too much urgency.
Leadership teams are asked to fund pilots, renew licences, approve tools and answer questions about risk, often at the same time. The information they need is spread across functions, vendors and spreadsheets.
We bring that evidence together, challenge the assumptions and set out the choices clearly, so that the people accountable for the decision can make it with confidence. Then we hand over a plan your teams can execute.
Our principles
Six commitments in every engagement.
- Fixed fees, agreed first
- The fee is set in writing before work starts. Extra scope is agreed separately, never added afterwards.
- Counted scope
- Interviews, workshops, documents and deliverables are counted in advance, so both sides know what done looks like.
- Evidence you can trace
- Recommendations show their sources and assumptions, and missing evidence is recorded rather than glossed over.
- Materials you keep
- Workbooks, memos, documents and slides are handed over in editable form for your teams to reuse.
- Clear roles
- We assess and advise. You decide. Your IT team or technology partners build and operate.
- Promises we can keep
- We commit to evidence, recommendations and next steps. Savings, adoption and compliance depend on execution, and we say so.
Scope
What we do, and what we deliberately do not.
Clear boundaries protect your budget and keep our advice objective.
