Standard terms, stated plainly.

Scope

Remote, in English, one business unit within one legal entity, up to two functions. Specific service limits also apply.

Documents and sessions

Up to 10 supplied documents or 100 pages. Each project includes a kickoff and a closing review; other sessions are listed in the service.

Timing and revisions

Work starts once inputs and stakeholders are available. One consolidated revision is included. Delays on the client side move the schedule.

Acceptance

We check deliverable completeness, the agreed scope and evidence traceability, and record missing evidence and assumptions.

Responsibility

We assess and advise. You approve decisions. Your IT team or vendors build, test, deploy and operate.

Separate costs

Taxes, travel, translation, software, engineering, legal opinions, technical assurance and certification are not included.

Monthly advisor

$2,500 a month for 12 hours, including preparation and review, across up to two initiatives. Initial commitment of three months, $7,500.

Extra work

Adding entities, functions, sessions or deliverables is agreed beforehand as a separate fixed scope and fee.

We commit to evidence, recommendations and practical next steps. Savings, adoption and compliance depend on how the work is executed. Governance guidance is not a guarantee of compliance.
